HALLIE E. COX, President and CEO of Cimarron since its inception in 1982, has a vast reservoir of experience dealing with foreclosure, title issues, and general real estate matters. Ms. Cox is a State Certified Paralegal, and prior to founding Cimarron, supervised the Foreclosure Department for a major national title insurance company in Southern California. She had over 20 years experience in the title insurance industry before opening Cimarron. She is a member, and past officer, of the United Trustee’s Association (formerly the California Trustee’s Association), and a member of the Mortgage Lender’s Association.
WILLIAM R. COX, Vice-President and Technical Consultant, helped co-found Cimarron in 1982. Mr. Cox is a former title insurance company executive with over 30 years prior experience in the industry. The technical expertise he has acquired has proved invaluable in resolving difficult issues, particularly those which relate to title and property ownership matters. Mr. Cox is also a State Certified Paralegal. CATHEY E. LATNER, Vice President/Secretary Treasurer, joined Cimarron in 1983 and serves as Operation Manager.
